How to Make: Chai Latte
The spices are super strong, the tea-to-milk ratio is perfect, it’s cheaper and has no weird preservatives or additives. While the tea is warm and the milk is frothy, let’s just sip, savoring the new season upon us. This also works well iced with cold instead of steamed milk.
Chai Latte Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk of choice
1 black teabag
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/8 tsp nutmeg
A dash allspice
A dash cloves
1 tbs honey (optional)
1. Heat milk and teabag in a pot.
2. When it comes to a simmer, add the rest of the ingredients (except honey), and let the tea brew for a few minutes.
3. Stir in 1 tbs honey and pour it into your favorite mug.
